Job summary

Homeward Pikes Peak seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Supportive Housing programs, including HUD-Coc grants, and to supervise case managers. The role focuses on processing rental assistance invoices, utility payments, and ensuring data accuracy in HMIS, reporting to the VP of Programs.

The position requires supervising staff, coordinating with finance for payments, and maintaining confidentiality and HUD compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services required.
• Four years of experience in the human service field providing direct client services.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, clean driving record, must drive with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HUD-funded housing programs and supervise staff in the Supportive Housing program.
• Process rental assistance invoices and utility payments; ensure timely payments.
• Maintain data quality in HMIS and run APR reports as needed.
• Collaborate with finance for monthly payments and deposits.
• Create/update policies and training materials for housing programs.
