Job summary

Catholic Community Services in Washington state seeks a Director of Housing Services to oversee CCSNW’s housing programs across Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties.

The role leads permanent supportive housing and scattered-site housing, drives service integration with behavioral health and SUD supports, ensures contractual compliance, and maintains fiscal health and staff development across the housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in social services or related field.
• 7 years of progressive experience in a management position, including supervision of leadership staff.
• Progressive fiscal management experience including budget oversight.
• Experience in a Social Services setting.
• Experience with Housing and working with a diverse population.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects involving diverse agencies and institutions.
• Current WA State Driver’s License & proof of current automobile insurance.
• Support and uphold the mission and values of Catholic Community Services.
• Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCSNW’s Housing Services including permanent supportive housing and scattered-site housing.
• Ensure fiscal solvency of programs and monitor budgets.
• Ensure program compliance with licensing, contracts, and outcomes.
• Develop partnerships and orchestrate care across behavioral health and SUD services.
• Represent CCSNW in community meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee staff training on policies, procedures, and regulatory updates.
• Maintain accurate client records in IRIS/HMIS and generate required reports.
