Job summary

CHJ Inc. seeks an Administrator for the Bridge to Home housing program to oversee daily operations, administration, personnel supervision, information systems, and reporting across a large geographic area.

The role partners with the Director of Housing to ensure client needs are met, maintain program compliance, develop policies, and mentor staff while supporting agency goals and clinical objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related human services field.
• At least 3 years of management and supervisory experience in human services and/or corrections reentry.
• Familiarity with Illinois housing policies, HUD guidelines, and tenant rights is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housing program operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor program performance against standards and contractual obligations; address deficiencies and achieve objectives.
• Assist in budget development and monitoring, and in contract deliverables.
• Maintain program information and technology to enhance effectiveness and ensure compliance.
• Develop client communication processes to ensure high-quality service and timely issue resolution.
• Help plan, develop, and execute new pilots or grants to support revenue generation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through supervision, coaching and training.
