Community Bridges Inc. seeks a Director of Housing and Community Integration to lead our Housing and Community Integration programs, ensuring high performance and strong grant compliance across multiple counties.

The role interfaces with community stakeholders and senior program staff to drive effective program operations, budgeting, and reporting, while promoting staff development and adherence to contract requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; in lieu of degree, 5 years in behavioral health + 3 years in a leadership role will be considered.
• Grant management experience required.
• Experience with data management and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• State of AZ Driver’s License (valid).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Finger Print Clearance Card (FPCC) or eligible to obtain within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Provide guidance and oversight to Housing and Community Integration programs.
• Interface with community stakeholders as a representative of Community Bridges Inc.
• Ensure grant compliance, budgeting, and reporting for state/federal grants.
• Oversee training and implementation of program processes to meet contract standards.
• Support Supervisors and Managers to optimize program performance and staff productivity.
