Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Manager to oversee daily clinical and business operations at assigned sites. You will lead staff delivering housing resources and income stabilization services, ensuring quality care and program compliance.

You will coordinate with internal teams and community partners, track paperwork and referrals, and prepare reports for leadership. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or higher in behavioral health preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.
• Experience with specialty populations (e.g., SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.
• Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• BHT certification obtained within 90 days of hire preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License in good standing.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations at assigned site/programs.
• Supervise staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community.
• Ensure quality support services and housing resources for clients.
• Guide staff in understanding program processes and services for target populations.
• Track client paperwork and referrals; submit reports and deliverables to leadership.
