Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Welcome Home Reentry Permanent Supportive Housing Program, ensuring compliance with standards, contracts, grants, and agency procedures.

The role leads administrative operations, staff supervision, and quality practices, while liaising with external partners and pursuing funding opportunities to sustain services for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• 3 years of progressively responsible non-profit experience in program management.
• 3 years of experience working with correction officials and/or in a correctional setting.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Driving is required; must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and daily operations to support program goals.
• Provide staff supervision including recruiting, hiring, performance evaluation, training, and development; manage volunteers on site.
• Manage shelter emergency management and reporting systems.
• Oversee program budget and expenditures to optimize use of funds and resources.
• Identify potential donors and funding sources; plan and implement outreach strategies.
• Maintain quality program practices aligned with contract and grant requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
