Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Program Manager for the Welcome Home Reentry Permanent Supportive Housing program. You will oversee program operations, staff supervision, budgeting, and external partnerships to ensure high-quality services in compliance with grants and agency standards.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, staff development, shelter emergency systems, and pursuing funding opportunities while maintaining program quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• 3 years of progressively responsible non-profit program management experience.
• 3 years of experience working with correction officials and/or in a correctional setting.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Driving is required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and daily operations to meet program goals.
• Supervise staff: recruitment, evaluation, training, development; manage volunteers on site.
• Manage shelter emergency management and reporting systems.
• Manage program budget and expenditures to use funds efficiently.
• Identify donors and funding sources; plan outreach strategies with donors.
• Ensure compliance with best practice standards, contracts, grants, and agency procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
