Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with electronic record-keeping systems and applications such as AWARDS, CARES, and CAPS.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-focused case management and referral services for clients in a Safe Haven.
• Coordinate and submit housing applications and voucher opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between DHS and housing providers to support housing placements.
• Maintain housing referral database and collaborate with internal teams.
