Turning Point Community Programs in Sacramento seeks a housing services coordinator to increase access to private and public rental markets for individuals moving from homelessness to permanent housing. You will manage TPCP-owned or leased properties and build landlord relationships with incentives to relax screening criteria.

You will develop tenant-centered housing plans, conduct certifications, provide housing case management, and coordinate with the Facilities Department to ensure unit

Formación

• Associate degree in business administration, real estate, social work, mental health services, or related field OR 3 years of varied experience as a property manager or provider of mental health services.
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology and 3 years of related experience.
• California driver’s license with current vehicle insurance/registration.
• Sacramento County housing navigation experience preferred; HMIS experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide housing case management services, including Housing Navigation, Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services, Deposit Assistance, short- or long-term rental assistance, and Day Habilitation services.
• Develop a Client Housing Plan with members who are recipients of housing services to prevent homelessness.
• Develop outreach materials to establish landlord relationships and track properties and landlord information.
• Act as liaison and mediator for housing issues between tenants and landlords.
• Perform move‑in/move‑out inspections and explain rental documents and cost sharing.
• Provide property management services for units owned or leased by TPCP.
• Coordinate with Facilities Department quarterly inspections of units.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and Program Director on tenancy termination if needed.
• Maintain statistics and narrative reports monthly.
• Assist Behavioral Health Staff with coordinating residential support services.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure units are maintained.
