Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to obtain and maintain housing of their choice.
• Develops and maintains a listing of housing options for clients.
• Safely transports members to appointments using own vehicle.
• Attends in-services and training on housing in the community.
• Acts as liaison with board and care operators, county staff, and other agencies.
