Job summary

The Salvation Army Northwest Division seeks a Everett-based Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, housing-focused services to single adults experiencing homelessness. You will assess needs, develop individualized service plans, and connect clients to housing, health, employment, and community resources.

Responsibilities include collaborative case management with staff, maintaining accurate records in HMIS/WellSky, and training colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services preferred, or 2+ years in social services.
• Experience with homelessness services, housing navigation, and case management.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management from intake to ISP.
• Coordinate housing, health, and employment resources for clients.
• Maintain HMIS/WellSky records and confidentiality.
• Train staff and coordinate in-house training on LGBTQIA+ issues.
• Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as needed.
