Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Two+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work with diverse residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure annual re-certification and interim reviews comply with HUD and OHA policies.
• Schedule appointments, track progress, verify information, and input files.
• Complete annual and interim reviews for all residents; ensure timely processing.
• Assist residents with paperwork and explain policies clearly.
• Prepare reports and maintain workflow metrics.
