Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience: In absence of an Associate’s degree, two years in multifamily housing preferred; knowledge of HUD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management - maintains organization of all phases of the recertification process, inputs data timely, assists with background checks, move-in/out paperwork.
• Customer Service - answers inquiries about policies, explains rent calculations, assists with re-certification materials.
• Financial Management - prepares rent adjustment notices per HUD, submits monthly charges for rent statements.
• Quality and Compliance Management - prepares Form HUD-50059 and submits by deadlines; all other duties as assigned.

Education
