Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, conduct intake/check-in, assess needs, and connect clients to housing resources.
• Coordinate daily operations of WVHAC, including seasonal heat relief and cooling center activities.
• Schedule partners, service providers, outreach teams, workshops, and events to support service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client data in Apricot and ensure HMIS compliance and confidentiality.
