Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, security and well-being of participants after hours and on occasional weekends and holidays.
• Respond to emergencies or participant needs after hours and escalate to the Program Manager when needed.
• Assess and respond promptly to participants' needs, requests and complaints in a respectful manner.
• Maintain congenial relationships with participants, respecting diverse backgrounds and Fair Housing rules.
• Enforce house rules and report concerns to the Home Free Program Manager.
• Monitor the facility and participants after business hours and document activities in the log.
