Job summary

The City of Flagstaff is seeking a Housing Navigator to provide intensive housing case management for participants in Housing Choice Voucher Programs. Responsibilities include eligibility interviews, unit transfers, reexaminations, landlord support, and client services to ensure ongoing housing stability.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, landlord outreach, and coordination with Front Door and CoC partners.

Qualifications

• AA degree or 60 college credits required.
• Two years of relevant experience in social services, public agencies, or property leasing/management.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive housing case management for Housing Choice Voucher participants.
• Serve as housing liaison between CoC, landlords, and clients.
• Process referrals, eligibility interviews, and reexaminations.
• Assist clients with documents, barriers, and problem resolution with landlords.
