Job summary

Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada seeks a Housing Navigation Coordinator to support the Housing Navigation Center. You will greet clients, check them in, and work closely with Case Management to transition individuals from homelessness to housing.

• Prior full-time professional level casework experience in a social service agency preferred.
• Experience with homeless population required.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check them into the Housing Navigation Center.
• Collaborate with Case Management to transition clients from homelessness to housing.
• Identify and refer clients to housing, employment, and supportive programs.
• Complete program documentation and maintain confidential information.
• Document services and referrals in electronic records and data systems.
• Assist with eligibility assessments and provide program guidelines.
