Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Houseperson to ensure clean, orderly hotel premises and responsive guest service. You will promptly handle requests, report maintenance needs, and assist housekeeping and other departments to maintain guest rooms and public areas.

You will also manage linen flow, trash removal, floor checks, and replenishment of par stock in pantries, contributing to smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests to ensure service quality.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms and working areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots and remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk floors at shift start/end to collect newspapers, bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock in each floor pantry.

Job description

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
