Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Houseperson to maintain cleanliness in the hotel and respond to guests' requests promptly. Responsibilities include ensuring that public areas and guest rooms are well-kept and orderly. The role requires walking assigned floors to collect trash and linen while working closely with room attendants.

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
• Walk assigned floors to collect newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.

Job description

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
