Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Houseperson to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. You will respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, and assist with routine cleaning and setup tasks to keep the property orderly and welcoming.

You will identify and report maintenance issues, receive linen supplies, remove trash, and walk floors at shift start and end to collect newspapers, bags, and soiled linen; you will refill par stocks on each floor pantry as

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Perform any combination of tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
