Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations across residential facilities on campus. You will plan activities, supervise crews, and ensure APPA Level 2 standards are met to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents and visitors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on oversight of staffing, inventory, and training. Union experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• 8+ years in housekeeping with 5+ years in supervision.
• Experience managing multiple residential sites and teams.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with APPA cleaning standards.
• Proficient with MS Office and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Plan the daily custodial activities within a designated building or group of buildings.
• Supervise Custodial Crew Leaders, Custodial Workers, Laborers and other staff.
• Ensure the maintenance of APPA Level 2 cleaning standards for the facility.
• Clean lobby and public areas including trash, vacuuming, dusting, and glass.
• Clean restrooms; mop floors, fixtures and supply paper products.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens for events.
