Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead resort housekeeping operations at the assigned site. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, drive KPIs, and ensure service quality aligns with company standards and guest expectations.

You will partner with resort management, vendors, and the regional team to maintain a culture of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, while upholding MasterCorp's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a field directly related to this position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of progressive management responsibility.
• Outstanding analytical ability with an attention to detail and accuracy.
• Superior problem solving and reasoning skills.
• A proven track record of driving strong performance and key field operations metrics.
• Language Skills: Effective written and verbal English communication, bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
• Strive to continually build knowledge and skills.
• Approachable & always follows up.
• Display a passion for cleanliness.
• Pro-active, self-managing.
• Work irregular hours.
• Travel: Rarely - on average 5% of travel on a quarterly basis
• A valid driver's license will be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful operation of assigned property with KPI targets.
• Walk the site daily to ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Monitor KPIs for Quality, Timeliness, and Budget and drive targets.
• Manage inventory of tools and chemicals; maintain equipment.
• Provide routine updates to leadership meetings.
• Act as change leader to achieve goals.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing at site.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and retention programs.
• Interview, select, onboard, and train site personnel.
• Perform annual performance reviews for staff.
• Maintain welcoming culture of engagement and inclusion.
• Address associate concerns promptly.
• Provide feedback to Housekeepers, Housemen, and Supervisors.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly team meetings and QA audits.
• Ensure safety in the workplace.
• Oversee transportation strategy and vehicle safety.
• Communicate objectives in manager meetings.
• Build relationships with resort management and staff.
• Develop a customer-first culture and professional behavior.
• Conduct business ethically and transparently.
• Comply with Resort Operations 15 Non-negotiables.
• MasterMind Mobile updates for room status.
• Respond to changing priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.
