MasterCorp, Inc. invites an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead resort housekeeping operations across assigned sites. You will drive performance by managing budgets, quality, and timeliness while fostering strong relationships with resort management, vendors, and the corporate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in housekeeping operations with mega-site experience.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record of driving performance and metrics in field operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication; English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor KPIs for Quality, Timeliness, and Budget; drive team to meet targets.
• Maintain active recruiting strategy and staffing levels at site.
• Oversee onboarding, training, retention, and recognition programs for team members.
• Interview, select, onboard, and train site personnel including Executive Housekeepers.
• Manage performance of management team; provide coaching and disciplinary action as needed.
• Ensure safe working environment via safety practices and committees.
• Develop transportation strategy and ensure vehicle safety protocols across site.
• Communicate company objectives through regular management meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with resort management and clients.
