Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC seeks a Custodial Specialist to support a multi-family residential community. You will clean interior and exterior spaces, maintain grounds, assist with make-ready duties, and help the maintenance team while ensuring safety and a high standard of resident experience.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer/email use. You will work on-site with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance knowledge and cleaning product awareness.
• Ability to read/write/speak English and follow instructions.
• Ability to operate maintenance management systems and email.
• Self-sufficient with minimal supervision and able to prioritize tasks.
• Professional and courteous interaction with residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior spaces per safety standards.
• Maintain grounds, pool and playground as required.
• Perform cleaning duties in offices, model homes, and common areas.
• Assist with make-ready tasks including trash removal.
• Maintain inventory and equipment records.
• Protect and maintain tools, report safety hazards.
• Assist with work orders and moving/storage of supplies.
• Complete work orders and timesheets per policy.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
