Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate housekeeping operations across assigned sections and to cover Housekeeping Manager duties in their absence. You will lead a team, monitor quality, and enforce safety and standards.

The role requires 2–3 years progressive hotel experience, a high school diploma, and strong organizational skills to manage schedules, training, and guest relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years progressive hotel experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework in related field helpful
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred

Responsabilités

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient hotel operations.
• Inspect staff performance daily to ensure standards and productivity.
• In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, inspect VIP rooms and report availability to Front Office.
• Oversee closing of floors and ensure carts are restocked with linen.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and ensure timely submission to Housekeeping Office.
