Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience and 2 years of line-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate room attendants, housemen, and cleaners to ensure high-quality standards.
• Train and supervise new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Inspect work for compliance with standards and document results.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper with morale and QA audits.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for pest control, laundry, and other services.
• Plan daily employee work sheets and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Resolve complaints about service and equipment promptly.
• Maintain communication with other departments for timely service delivery.
