Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton in Colorado Springs is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in line with Hilton expectations.

You will work with the Executive Housekeeper to coordinate daily operations, manage supplies and linens, inspect guest rooms and public areas, train staff, and address guest concerns to create memorable stays.

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with Hilton's quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience and building lasting relationships with guests and team members alike.
