HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for an on-site role at Hilton Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the housekeeping team, provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and enforcing safety and cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping leadership and supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Interviewing, hiring, conducting evaluations, and applying discipline when appropriate.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house; ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and loss prevention programs.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
