Job summary

HHM Hotels in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, maintain brand and guest service standards, and uphold sustainability practices. You will train, schedule, coach and support associates while ensuring efficient room cleaning and safety compliance.

The role involves overseeing staffing, coordinating with vendors as needed, maintaining guest satisfaction scores, and assisting in breakfast service when required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates according to brand standards.
• Screen and hire new employees (if HHM employees).
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to established standards.
• Be aware of guest service scores and drive improvement.
• Prepare work schedules to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Follow sustainability guidelines (EarthView) and safety procedures.
• Assist in breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
