Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a dedicated House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas in Fort Lauderdale, following brand standards and EarthView sustainability guidelines. You will greet guests, inspect assigned spaces, perform cleaning tasks, collect trash, and ensure clean linen delivery.

Working hours vary, with shifts that may include holidays and weekends. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of it properly.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors and public spaces.
• Pickup and transport linen to laundry collection site; deliver clean linen to sections.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.
