Job summary

Stanley Hotel, managed by Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure top-quality cleanliness across guestrooms and public areas. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest service in a dynamic hotel environment.

The supervisor will oversee staff training, inspections, inventory control, and respond to guest needs to maintain high satisfaction and protect assets.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related housekeeping supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff; provide open communication, training, coaching and counseling and provide performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house; ensure compliance with safety, SOPs and health standards to achieve cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Assign staff tasks, review special requests and areas of concentration to maintain smooth housekeeping operations.
• Distribute supplies to staff at start of shift to control inventory and expenses.
• Respond to guest requests or concerns to ensure satisfaction; log Lost and Found items and answer inquiries.
• Implement emergency training and procedures to protect hotel, guests, staff and assets.
