Qualifikationen

• One to two years of post high school education.
• Two to three years experience in housekeeping or related role.
• 3-5 years of housekeeping operations experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a full service Director of Housekeeping role preferred.
• Experience working in a union environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the housekeeping and laundry teams to attract, retain and motivate staff and ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring SOPs and health standards are met.
• Monitor expenses to control payroll and supplies while maintaining adequate staffing.
• Address guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance to protect assets and guest safety.
• Log Lost and Found items and respond to inquiries to maintain controls.
• Implement emergency procedures to protect guests, staff, and assets.
