Job summary

StepStone Hospitality seeks a responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily room inspections, supervise Room Attendants and Laundry staff, and ensure operations align with hotel standards. You will manage keys, report maintenance needs, and maintain guest safety and service quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and math skills, and CPR/First Aid certification where possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or documented training.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Relevant housekeeping training and work experience expected.
• Additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to Housekeeping Office at shift start, sign out and return keys.
• Open and close department in absence of Executive Housekeeper.
• Inspect rooms daily including cleaning and stocking supplies.
• Supervise Room Attendants and re-clean missed items per standards.
• Supervise Laundry attendants and maintain daily par levels.
• Log missing items and manage lost and found; arrange shipping for guests.
• Report repairs to Engineering and protect guest safety.
