Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co. is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants, public areas staff, and ensure the highest cleanliness and presentation across Ballpark Village properties in St. Louis.

The role requires strong organization, training ability, and collaboration with Front Office and Engineering to guarantee timely room readiness. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, and inventory, while enforcing health and safety standards and guiding a team to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, turndown service, and public area upkeep.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Assign tasks and manage workload to meet operational needs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Provide feedback and support career development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, supplies, and performance metrics.
