Magnolia Hotel St. Louis is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, delivering pristine rooms and welcoming public areas for every guest.

You will supervise, train, inspect, and coordinate with Front Desk and other departments, ensuring brand standards, safety, and timely room readiness.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping procedures and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support housekeeping staff including room attendants and public areas.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate assignments and priorities.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure rooms meet Magnolia Hotel and Marriott brand standards.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments for status updates and special requests.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and hotel standards.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance; address issues promptly.
