Job summary

Concord is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams at our property in St. Louis. You will oversee daily assignments, inspect spaces for cleanliness, and drive performance while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

The role requires training and motivating staff, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.

• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
