Comfort Suites Southport is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms meet brand standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate with Front Desk, Laundry, and Maintenance, and uphold quality and safety across rooms and public areas.

The role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of Housekeeping.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry, and Maintenance.
• Address guest issues and resolve complaints promptly.
