Job summary

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience and preferred housekeeping supervisory experience. Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Housekeeping supervisory or related job experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, able to work mornings, nights, holidays and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and act as liaison between guests and cleaners.
• Prepare inspection reports and communicate room status to Front Desk.
• Evaluate room cleaners and take appropriate action to ensure high quality work.
• Notify Front Desk of vacant/clean rooms and follow up on guest requests.
