Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure cleanliness and the high standard of our guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas. You will act as the liaison between guests and cleaners, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, reporting issues, evaluating staff, coordinating with Front Desk, and assisting guests with requests. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience or similar role.
• Housekeeping supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inspection reports of guest rooms at the beginning of the shift.
• Inspect cleanliness and amenities of guest rooms and public areas.
• Report substandard conditions or damage to the Housekeeping department.
• Evaluate room cleaners' performance and retrain as needed.
• Notify Front Desk of room status changes and moves.
• Assist guests with special requests and Lost & Found items.
• Enter updated room status in the PMS system.
• Submit daily reports and file them accordingly.
