Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean and inviting guest rooms and public areas. You will be an advocate for the hotel, delivering personalized service and building guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, reporting hazards, and assisting in repairs as needed. A high school diploma and flexible availability are preferred; prior housekeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
• Previous housekeeping and/or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service.
• Good verbal communication and basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, providing amazing service to guests.
• Act as an advocate for the hotel and develop relationships with guests.
• Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms per hotel procedures.
• Maintain equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, and furniture.
• Inventory and replenish supplies; report hazards and assist in repairs as needed.
• Assist in delivering and setup of new equipment and ensure rooms are secure before walkthrough.
