Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Brand Certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years hotel experience.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience, with at least 1 year in Hospitality Management.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) preferred, as needed for geographic market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps for Work and the hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, selects & trains associates.
• Motivates staff through positive reinforcement and leading by example.
• Provides input during annual budget preparation.
• Ensures adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintains professional image and hotel brand standards.
• Monitors cleanliness, inventory, and equipment; coordinates with other departments.
• Executes payroll and scheduling in line with budget constraints.
• Leads safety and incident reporting activities.
