Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping operations in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong staff scheduling and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction
• Supervises all housekeeping employees; hires new employees as needed; discharges employees when necessary and takes disciplinary actions when policies are not followed
• Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department
• Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget
