Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Hospitality with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong labor management and scheduling experience.
• Ability to lead diverse teams.
• Analytical, planning and change implementation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor housekeeping staff daily to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and work orders; ensure accurate execution.
• Review NPS scores and guest feedback and implement action plans.
• Oversee budgeting, labor and operating expense forecasting.
• Train and develop supervisors; conduct regular performance reviews.
