Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Director of Housekeeping to lead all housekeeping operations, budgeting, staffing, and programming, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while profitability is maintained. The role oversees housekeeping and laundry, nightly reporting, and staff development within a dynamic resort.

The position requires senior-level leadership with at least 5 years in hotels or resorts, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to plan, train, and optimize resources

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience creating and maintaining documents with Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 3 years supervising/managing large housekeeping department.
• Minimum of 5 years hotel or resort experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, realistic plans that support organizational objectives and allocate resources.
• Manage departmental budgeting, forecasts, and financial reports; approve purchases.
• Oversee daily housekeeping and Laundry operations, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Supervise Laundry pack members and ensure operational efficiency.
• Participate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resort activities.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues with timely resolutions.
