Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily room cleaning and front-line efficiency. You will coach attendants, schedule staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in a resort setting.

The role requires 1+ year in a housekeeping supervisory position, strong Microsoft Office skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Paid hourly compensation with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a Rooms Division supervisor or similar supervisory role preferred.
• Hospitality/housekeeping experience or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general software; Excel/Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors housekeeping staff daily to ensure cleanliness standards and operational efficiency.
• Schedule staff, manage labor, and forecast needs for the housekeeping department.
• Provide coaching and recognition to team members to drive performance.
• Oversee room turnover, inspections, and report issues to front office.
• Participate in recruitment and training of new hires and ongoing development.
