Great Wolf is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and mentor staff, ensure guestroom cleanliness, and optimize daily operations at our lodge. You will train, schedule, and coach team members to uphold safety and quality standards, while partnering with leadership to manage staffing and performance.

The role requires strong communication, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a busy resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience preferred or related education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor housekeeping staff daily to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Schedule staff, track labor and forecast needs.
• Participate in training programs for new hires and ongoing development.
