Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, WA is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead all housekeeping services, including operations, budgeting, staffing, and payroll. This senior role ensures guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

You will supervise Laundry, manage daily activities, recruit and develop team members, and participate in resort leadership through the MOD program, with competitive pay of $90k–$105k and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience creating and maintaining documents in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 3 years supervising/managing a large housekeeping department.
• Minimum 5 years hotel or resort experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans supporting organizational objectives and allocate resources across groups.
• Budgeting and financial reporting for housekeeping; approve department purchases.
• Manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations and guest room cleaning.
• Supervise Laundry staff and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resort activities.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement timely operational resolutions.
• Schedule staffing to maintain appropriate resourcing levels.
• Lead MOD program duties and participate on the executive team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team performance against standards.
• Develop staff training programs and monitor quality assurance.
