Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards and HHM values.
• Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness, appearance and safety.
• Answer inquiries about hotel policies and services and resolve guests’ complaints and concerns.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and assign duties to associates.
• Maintain inventories and submit inventory orders to ensure timely supplies.
• Be aware of and communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and higher satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and participate in safety programs as directed.
