Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and coach associates to HHM standards.
• Monitor performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Prepare staff schedules based on occupancy.
• Manage supplies and inventory to avoid shortages.
• Prepare departmental paperwork.
• Track guest service scores and drive improvements.
• Uphold brand standards and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties requested by management.
