Responsibilities

• Coordinate cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to high standards.
• Direct, manage, and administer housekeeping operations and staff.
• Schedule, evaluate, and direct housekeeping associates including attendants and laundry staff.
• Inspect rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness and QA compliance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and cleaning materials.
• Supervise housekeeping and in-house laundry operations.
• Hire and train new housekeeping team members.
• Lead department meetings and safety programs.
• Address maintenance issues and report repairs as needed.
• Oversee Lost and Found procedures and payroll forecasts with GM.
